About the Author: Native Oregonians, Adam Bolf and Benjamin Ruef have spent much of their lives climbing and exploring the Pacific Northwest. Adam started his technical climbing career in 1990 and has ascended more than 1,100 different routes. He has ascended a number of difficult routes up the Cascade's tallest peaks. Adam enjoys and exercises proficient skills in all climbing disciplines. During his climbing career, Benjamin has climbed throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia; and has ascended more than 1,000 different routes.
