Lito Tejada-Flores was part of Yvon Chouinard's team of Patagonian climbers who made the 2nd ascent of Cerro Fitzroy in Patagonia. He was the film maker who made the wonderful film of the climb, now called Mountain Of Storms, A collection of climbing stories, essays, and fiction about climbing and mountaineering by a well known climber and author, Lito Tejada-Flores�for many years editor of one of Americas most innovative climbing journals, Ascent magazine. Lito's Film Fitzroy Mountain of Storms It is incredible, and one of the finest American climbing films of all time. A legendary climbing film, a incredible climbing expedition, and the inspiration for Yvon Chouinard naming his company 'Patagonia'. This historical and beautiful film has never been commercially released until now, and shows some great and legendary climbers at the peak of their careers, climbing Fitz Roy in Patagonia, the first ascent of the southwest buttress in 1968 [aka The Californian Route, South West Buttress, the 3rd ascent of peak].
