This book is an an account of a 1974 climbing from a camp in the USSR when many climbers died.
Bob Craig has made many ascents in Colorado and the Tetons. He was director of the Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies for more than a decade and later became president of the Keystone Center for Continuing Education.
