Washington DC, Government Printing Office, 1900, 1st edition. 169 pp of text, 168 photographic plates, plus a large fold out map of the Trans-Alaskan Military Road, Mountain Division. The maps goes inland from Valdez. Senate Document No 306 56th Congress 1st Session. Cloth covered hardcover, color is dark brown, gold stamped spine is faint. The book has no internal flaws, no writing, spine is solid. Externally also no wear, the only flaw are some marks on the cover, otherwise book is Fine. Report of an expedition conducted by the Army to explore a practicable route to the Klondike gold fields. The report "of construction work on the trans-Alaskan military road and explorations in the Chettyna Valley."
