We like to carry these older copies of the Roper Yosemite guidebooks as they include all possible routes, including many that are omitted from recent books as they are either too easy, hard to get to, not climbed frequently, or for some other reason are left out of the newer guide books. Newer Yosemite Guide Books such as the Super Topo Guides are Selected Guide Books, with only the more popular climbs described. And certainly not many below 5.9. This book has everything, as all the easier routes were first climbed in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.
