''This Is this the American Earth'' exhibit, featuring primarily Ansel Adams works curated by Nancy Newhall, first held at the LeConte Memorial Lodge in Yosemite before touring throughout the United States including the Smithsonian, New York's Museum of Modern Art, and the California Academy of Science.
