Contains the personal reminiscences of early climbing and skating times, 'with odd incidents and stories recalled from the young days of the writer in Penrith and the Lake Country,' as well as 'humorous dialect stories, gathered together during many years' tramping and travelling through the dales, villages, and towns of the Lakeland Counties.' Hardcover with black lettering and fabric spine; some edge wear. Near Fine for its age. Very Rare.
