We have a few copies of the true first American edition of Annapurna (The American edition is the best, better than the UK and even better than the French edition, which was a paperback).
The first edition itself is fairly scarce, but what is truly impossible to get are 1st edition dust jackets, which are different from the later printings. This is the most popular and inspiring narrative in the literature of mountaineering, and the first to become a 'bestseller.' The story of the French team that explored Dhaulagiri, discovered the approach to Annapurna, and made the 1st ascent.
