Fontainbleau is one of the world's great bouldering areas. Superb overview with France's hottest climbers. Tour de Blocs journeys into the forest of Fontainebleau with the local French boulderers - some of the world's strongest - and into their world of struggle, mastery, and inspiration as they take on the forest's most difficult problems. Featuring soulful, inside perspective from some of the most notable French climbers such as Jacky Godoffe, Julien Nadiras, Olivier Lebreton, Seb Frigault, and many others. A film by Lorraine Januzelli. 'Tour de Blocs is one of the best climbing videos I have seen (and I have seen tons, let me tell you). I love the way it is organized around the climbers, and the way that the music is in the background. I think too many climbing videos choose music that is too distracting. The music chosen, and the way it's used is great. The way it's centered each segement around a particular climber or climbers really made it more interesting. A video about Font will be popular no matter what, but this one not only showcases the bouldering, but makes you interested in the climbers themselves. I really think it is great!'
